Denis Donin, Atlant CTO Attends Cityscape’s Real Estate Summit in Dubai
Organized by Cityscape Global, the Real Estate Summit in Dubai was a two-day event attended by many real estate industry professionals both regional and global covering the most pressing issues driving real estate development and macroeconomic level investments throughout the globe, and focusing on the MENA region. The summit highlighted how cities, investors, and the real estate industry participants can manage covid-19 risks, what the road to recovery looks like, and discussed how the pandemic affected the industry and what new opportunities are in store over the next decade.
Denis used this as an opportunity to meet real estate industry leaders and discuss business opportunities, involving both karta.com and uvas.com. His meetings laid the groundwork for possible partnerships, especially for asset-rich companies in the region, without a strong technical base.
Specifically, he engaged in productive discussions with short-term rental business owners to collaborate on listing properties on ATLANT’s home rental platform karta.com in Dubai and the broader MENA region.
Denis also spoke with several prominent local investors and showcased our digital securities exchange uvas.com discussing the eventuality of real estate tokenization and what we expect in the upcoming years.
